Midday Meals is a state certified food production company specifically catering to the needs of childcare centers.  We use quality ingredients and prepare our meals the morning of service. We are an authorized vendor for the CACFP programs of both Nebraska and Iowa, with all meals following the pattern requirements for reimbursement on the food program.  We provide production records to our customers that satisfy daily meal quantities, weights, and classifications in order to stay in compliance with CACFP & DHHS.  We also provide color-coded serving instructions and utensils for every meal.  Being a locally owned and operated company allows us to provide a personalized level of service tailored to the needs of our customers.  With our regular use of whole grains, locally sourced ingredients, and fresh cut fruit we are ensuring we’re providing the best quality food and service available to you.
